Christina L. Sammons

Christina L. Sammons (nee Cammarata), age 61, passed away on January 16, 2026. She is the beloved wife of over 38 years to John Sammons; devoted mother of Keith Brown, Jr. (Amy), Tiffany Wetzel (Ronnie), John Wetzel, Crystal Sammons (Mario), and Shannon Sammons; cherished grandmother of Tyler Barber, Norman Keith Brown, III, Landen Barber, Damian Stevens, Grace Wetzel, Taniyah Stevens, Tatyanna Stevens, Nathan Wetzel, Walker Darchicourt, Maelynn Ramos and Milo Ramos and great grandson Caio Stevens; beloved best friend/sister of Bertha Wagner; also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and a host of friends. Christina is preceded in death by her parents Grace and Phil, her mother in law Dixie, and her siblings Louise, Mary, Anna, and Phil.

A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd on Wednesday from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Interment will be private.
