Charlotte Maye Chester, age 80, sadly passed away on June 23rd, 2021. Charlotte was born in Westminster, Maryland to the late Truman Wright & the late Mary Wright. She is the beloved wife of James Chester; loving mother of Robert Bullock. Charlotte is also survived by many loving friends. All services will be private.
