Charles Raymond Toscano

Charles Raymond Toscano, age 91, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2025. He is the loving father of Chuck Decker, Timothy Toscano and his wife Sara Toscano and stepfather of Fran Palma and her husband Michael Palma; dear brother of Barbara Stewart; cherished grandfather of Kristofor Decker, Tiffany Decker, and Marleigh Toscano; great grandfather of Sydney Decker and Jocey Decker; also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 2 at 10:00am at Salem Lutheran Church, 905 Frederick Rd., Catonsville, MD 21228.
