On July 1, 2017; Charlene Ann Obloy passed away. She was the loving mother of David Obloy, Jeffrey Raff, Chris Obloy, Tammy Herd, Valarie Fitzgerald and their significant others; long time companion of David Godsey; cherished Mom Mom of Christopher John Obloy, Joseph Herd & his fiancé Kearstin, CPL. Jacob Herd, Damien Fitzgerald, and Lyric Fitzgerald. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
Family members and friends may gather at the Arbutus location on Thursday from 3-5 & 7-9PM where a funeral service will be held on Friday at 11AM.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be directed in Charlene's name to:
