Suddenly on January 4, 2016, Carol Phillips passed away from Cardiac Arrest. She was the beloved mother of Michael A. Cook (and his wife Megan), and Beth Phillips-Dunkerly (and her husband Richard Dunkerly; cherished grandmother of Amanda Dunkerly-Otwell, and Kelly Bryant; loving sister of Donna Martin-Rodriguz, and Terry Phillips; also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
