Betty Lou Neubauer, age 80, passed away on April 18, 2017 in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Betty was born on November 22, 1936 in Baltimore, Maryland. She is the beloved wife of the late Charles Neubauer; loving mother of Deborah Bivens and Stepmother of Charles Neubauer. Cherished grandmother of Daniel Bivens, Jennifer Bivens and Thomas Snook.
Family members and friends will honor Betty's life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME, INC. Arbutus with a public viewing on Monday, 4/24/17 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm where a funeral will be held on Tuesday, 4/25/17 beginning at 11am. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
