Betty Lefkowitz

Betty Lou Lefkowitz, age 86, peacefully passed away on November 2nd, 2020. Betty was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Dewey Williams & the late Ida Hennig. Betty is the beloved wife of the late John D. Lefkowitz; loving mother of Lester M. Jenkins, Jr., Eva J. Gray, & Donald L. Lefkowitz; cherished stepmother of John D. Lefkowitz, Donna Wagner, Wilma Strapp, the late Mary Lefkowitz, the late Patty Lefkowitz & the late Sissy Lefkowitz; caring grandmother of Ashley Shelton, Crystal Castillo, Linda Jenkins, Lester Jenkins, Lisa Ferris, Madison Lefkowitz, Ruby Lefkowitz, Dawn Gray, Wayne Gray, Lisa Gray, Danny Graffious, & Ryan Graffious, and Felisa Helton; dear great-grandmother of Edward Shelton, Renato Castillo, Antonio Castillo, Felicity Morse, Lonnie Lacroix, Heaven Lacroix, Adam Lacroix, & Ryan Graffious, Jr.. Betty is also survived by many other loving family & friends.

Family & friends may gather at the family owned & operated Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry. Rd., Lansdowne, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Sunday, November 8th from 7:00-9:00pm. A funeral service will take place at the same location on Monday, November 9th at 11:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
