Betty L. Keesee

Betty L. Keesee, 88, of Florence, Maryland, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2025. Born to the late Dorothy and Emory Burdette, Jr., Betty lived a life marked by love, dedication, and quiet strength.

She was the beloved wife of the late Rex V. Keesee, loving mother of Dale E. Keesee, Lisa L. Keesee, and the late Betty Ann Keesee. She was also a dear mother-in-law to Dolly Keesee, Bobby Echard, and Ronnie Lee. She was a cherished grandmother to Ashley Keesee and Kaleigh Keesee, and a proud great-grandmother to Mya Keesee and Ava Lee Keesee.

Betty was the caring sister of Patsy Kerrigan (Jeff) and Bobby Burdette, and is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.

She will be remembered for her deep love for God, her devotion to her family, and the joy she found in spending quality time with those she loved. Her kindness, independence, and unwavering faith were an inspiration to all who knew her.
