Bernice Marie Jones (nee Dietz), age 88, was born on August 25, 1928 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Bernard Dietz and the late Marie Dietz (nee Otter). Bernice passed away on January 13, 2017 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family. She is the wife of the late Charles R. Jones; loving mother of Wayne C. Jones, Bruce E. Jones and his wife Ana Gil-Jones. Cherished grandmother of Melissa, Christopher, Taylor and Brandon.
Family members and friends will honor Bernice’s life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME, INC., Arbutus with a public viewing on Friday 1/20/17 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held at Arbutus United Methodist Church on Saturday 1/21/17 beginning at 10am. Interment to follow in Lake View Memorial Park.
