Barbara Mattern

On February 5, 2023 Barbara Mattern passed away. Barbara was born in Baltimore, MD to the late William & Catherine Brown. She was the beloved wife of the late Jacob Mattern, Sr.; loving mother of Jacob Mattern, Jr. & Jacqueline Mattern; cherished grandmother of Joseph Liggett, Jr. (Sam), Angela Dixon, and Robert Dixon; beloved great-grandmother of Annie, Abby (Sarah), Jacob, and Harleigh; and dear sister to Nancy and Jerry (Dorothy). Barbara is also survived by many other loving family and friends.
