Archie J. Watkins, age 78, passed away on April 19, 2016. Archie is the beloved husband of Wilma Watkins; loving son of the late Archie Watkins and Virgie Watkins; loving father of Jeanie, Gail, Kim, Karen, and the late Joann; dear step father of Billy; caring brother of Raymond, Anna, the late Eddie, the late Pat, and the late Shirley; cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Road, Lansdowne, MD 21227 on Sunday, April 24 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday at the funeral home at 11am followed by burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
