Anthony Leo Coulson

February 18, 1942 — August 7, 2025

Anthony Leo Coulson, age 83, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2025 at home. He was born on February 18, 1942 to the late Vernon and Katherine Coulson.

Anthony is the beloved husband of the late Louann B. Coulson; devoted father of Lori Gray and her husband Jeff, Lorin Cookson and his wife Joyce, Larry Cookson, and Lee Cookson and his wife Brenda. He was a cherished grandfather to Christina, Samuel, Annabelle, Lauren, and Jared; and also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

Anthony proudly served his country with distinction in both the US Marine Corps and the US Army, retiring honorably from the Army in 1995.

Known for his boundless love, quick wit, and generous heart, Anthony touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He was a man of great strength and endless love-- loved deeply by many, and remembered fondly for his enduring charm and sense of humor and his famous saying "for a quarter and a kiss".

He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and service that will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him.
