Allen Mooney
December 2, 1930 — March 10, 2015
On March 10th, 2015, Allen G. Mooney passed away. He was the loving husband of Sarah Mooney; devoted father of Linda Thompson and her husband Mark, and Robert Doherty; cherished grandfather of Shanna Pruitt, Chad Thompson, and five great grandchildren. Allen is also survived by many other loving family and friends.
Family and friends may call at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. on Monday, March 16th from 3 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Clement I Catholic Church, 2700 Washington Ave., Landsdowne on Tuesday, March 17th. Interment to immediately follow at Maryland Veteran Cemetery Crownsville.
